Sheffield Volunteering
Student volunteers are being celebrated in a series of films, produced by the University's digital media team.
More than 2,000 students from the University of Sheffield dedicate their time to causes and organisations in the city.
The University of Sheffield and Sheffield Students’ Union give students the opportunity to give back to the local community and make a positive impact. Student volunteers have worked on a range of projects, from assisting mental health charities to preparing and serving meals to the homeless.
We hope you are inspired by these students and volunteer in your city too!
At Sheffield Volunteering we are committed to inclusion and diversity. We want to make sure our volunteering opportunities are as accessible as possible. If you have a disability or a long-term health condition and wish to discuss access needs or other adjustments, please get in touch at volunteering@sheffield.ac.uk.
Please also get in touch if you do not categorise yourself as having a disability or long term health condition, but have access concerns for any other reason.
